Abstract textile work, 1960-70s

My grandmother made this groovy classic in the 60s;  the dimensions are estimated to be about 4 x 6 feet and my uncle relates that “she sat in the living room, and yarned on that thing forever.” 🙂

Of course, her favourite turquoise-y/aqua blue is essential to the composition.
