It’s difficult to be sure, but these three look like lithograph prints, probably from Grandma’s study at the Art Institute of Buffalo during early 1940s (though they are, as far as I know, undated). I couldn’t find anything about a place called “Pinedell” in New York so I’m not sure if it is a made-up location.
