Lisette, 1960s

I’m pretty sure this character with the très Français name is no one Grandma knew; this piece doesn’t appear to be drawn from observation and the lady is also endowed with highly idealised features of the 60s, complete with bouffant hair-do, pert nose, heart-shaped face, and cat-eye makeup.
